Richard A. "Ricky" Deihl, aged 60, passed away on August 17, 2024, in Tampa, FL. Born on September 25, 1963, in Key West, FL, Ricky was known for his protective nature and his role as everyone's best friend.

 

Ricky attended Key West High School, where he began to cultivate a community of friends and family who admired his loyalty, sense of humor and warm-heartedness. Throughout his life, Ricky's presence and nature was a source of comfort and strength to those around him.

 

He is survived by his father, Donald Deihl Sr.; his brother, Donald Deihl Jr.; sister-in-law, Polly Deihl; sister, Donnette Cervantes; brother, Ruben Perry Deihl; sister, Rena Cheatham and brother-in-law, Roger Cheatham. Ricky was preceded in death by his mother, Josie Deihl and brothers, Michael and Thomas Saumenig.

 

Ricky will be remembered for his unwavering support and the deep bonds he formed with his loved ones. His legacy of kindness and protection will be cherished by all who knew him.
