Richard Carl Lague
April 5th, 1950 - February 27th, 2020
Richard Carl Lague, 69, of Pine Grove, CA, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2020 in Jackson, CA. He was born in Sacramento, CA on April 5, 1950, to the late Margaret (Swindell) and Richard Wareham. Rick loved bowling, fishing, riding his ATV, walking with his dogs, and spending time on his boat. Though, what Rick loved the most were sports and coaching! He spent more than 25 years coaching baseball, softball, flag football, and basketball while making connections with all of the players he coached over the years. He loved his many adventures traveling with his family around the world. He spent the majority of his life sharing Roaring Camp with as many people as he possibly could, while giving great tours and gold panning demonstrations. Rick is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Kim Lague, of Pine Grove, CA; Daughters, Sandra (Crystal) Lague, Laurie Lague, and Nicole (Keith) Dollman; Son, Ricky (Robin) Lague; Sisters, Deborah (Tommy)Lague-Galvan and Kathy (Jerry) Goebel; Brother, Bob (Kate) Swindell; Grandchildren, Cody, Eli, and Windy Hope, Ashley, Austin, and Benjamin Dollman, Rhfley, Deagan, and Graicen Lague; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lague. Friends and family are invited to attend a celebration of life Sunday, June 28, 2020, 3:00 P.M. at Daneri Mortuary in Jackson. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Treatment and Research, 640 Jackson Street, Saint Paul, MN 55101.
