Richard LeClercRichard Mark LeClerc of Eugene died Oct. 31 of cancer. He was 61. No service is planned.He was born Sept. 20, 1951, in Eugene to Richard and Brandon Lyon LeClerc.He graduated from Albany Union High School in 1970. He was retired from Teledyne Wachang after 32 years.Survivors include his mother, Brandon Lyon of Eugene; a son, Richard of Albany; a daughter, Diana Bryant of Albany; a sister, Susan Rao of Seattle; and three grandchildren.Private inurnment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Remembrances to Sacred Heart Hospice.
