Richard "Butch" Malone, 78, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Butch was born in Washington, D.C. and moved to Florida in 1984 from Marlow Heights, MD. He was a Plasterer at the White House and was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sandra K. "Sandy;" 3 daughters, Teresa D. Randall of Upper Marlborough, MD, Mimi A. Malone of Hudson, Christine K. Whetzel of Welcome, MD; 2 sons, Richard Keith Malone of Tarpon Springs, Tony Malone of Bainbridge Island, WA; and 8 grandchildren.
