Richard "Rico" Martinez
February 7th, 1936 - December 11th, 2012
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, 12/18/2012 at 3:30 PM New Life in Christ Church 1380 Ammons St Lakewood, Co 80214 With Reception to follow Rico Passed away peacefully on December 11, 2012. He leaves loving memories to be cherished by his four children, their spouses and grandchildren. Jose Martinez ( Ricky), Aurora Martinez, Julian Martinez, Theresa Aceves, and Godson Jose Alaraed. He has 10 beautiful Grandchildren – (Nathan, Joseph, Julian, Isaac, Angelo, Andrea, Alexander (A.J) Gian, Christian and Cheyenne. He also leaves behind siblings, Irene, Mary Jane, Isabel, and Eddie. Several nieces and nephews and extended family that will miss him very much. He spent his remaining years in at Wheat Ridge Manor nursing home where he made an impact in many lives and made many close friends. Rico has asked friends and family to celebrate his life and say “Goodbye” in their own way.
