NAVARRO, Richard H., 66, of Land O' Lakes, Florida, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2019. He was born in Callao, Peru and came to Florida in 1976 from New Jersey. He worked as a glazier for West Tampa Glass for over twenty years before retiring. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mamerto and Maria; and his brother, Rigoberto. Survivors include his wife, Linda; two brothers, Oscar and Reggie; three sisters, Celia Veran, Julia Neu and Rita Navarro-Cramond; three stepchildren and several grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Richard to American Kidney Foundation or the Humane Society of Pasco County.
