OLIVER, Richard L., "Rick" 59, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2012. He loved fishing and weightlifting. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ada and Charles Oliver. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Oliver; one son, Christopher Oliver; one daughter, Jennifer Oliver; one brother, Charles Oliver, Jr.; three sisters, Kathy Munger, Virginia Otero and Betty Preston; family and friends. Rick was loved and will be missed, but we will all be together again someday.
