Richard Spitzer, 82, of Westminster Shores, St. Petersburg, Florida, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, July 19, 2012. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and moved to St. Petersburg in 2005 from Fort Lauderdale, FL. He was a Stock Broker and Real Estate salesman and was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. He was an avid swimmer and loved Atlantic City, NJ. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jean; 2 sons, Marc (Jacqueline) Spitzer of Vienna, VA; John Spitzer of Philadelphia, PA; 2 stepsons, Joseph H. (Elizabeth) Holsinger of Philadelphia, Jeffrey (Michelle) Holsinger of Tampa; 1 stepdaughter, Deborah J. (Scott) Burkett of Lewisberry, PA; 1 brother, Donald (Ellin) Spitzer of Haverford, PA; and 4 grandchildren, Bennett, Matthew, Chris, and Shannon. A Memorial Service will be held 1:30 PM Friday, August 10, 2012 at Westminster Shores 125-56th Avenue South. St. Petersburg.. $(document).ready(function(){ });
