On the evening of July 17th, 2023, Richard Lowell Wood (Age 78) passed away peacefully at his residence in Pine Grove, CA with the company of his loved ones. Richard L. Wood was born on July 13th, 1945, in Big Spring, TX. He then moved to CA at a young age where he met & married the love of his life of 60 yrs. When Richard wasn't keeping himself busy restoring classic cars with the sounds of 50's music in the air, he was fishing/camping, playing cards, and most of all he loved spending time with his family. Richard L. Wood is preceded in death by his father Rev. Victor D. Wood, & his mother Grace Lenora Wood and survived by his wife Janet, his (4) children Don (Carol) Wood, Diane (Gary) Henricus, Dennis (Linda) Wood, & Deborah (John) Beshears. His (11) Grandchildren, (15) Great Grandchildren, & (4) Siblings. At the family’s request, there will be no services at this time.
