Richard Harold Wulf ( Dick), 77, of Loveland, CO passed away at Pathways Hospice in Ft. Collins, CO on June 18, 2024.
He was born in Milliken, CO on November 4, 1946 to Harold Frank Wulf and Bonnie May Case-Wulf. He was born 4th in a family of 8. One bother died in infancy.
Dick was a jokester and had a great sense of humor.
He was a hard working man spending most of his years at Great Western Sugar in Johnstown, Co, Then at Coors Biotec when Coors bought the factory. He was Assistant Factory Manager.
He was always ready to help with whatever was needed. He was a jack of all trades. Mechanic, electrician, painter, plumber, carpenter.
He loved gardening, fishing, playing pool and woodworking. He had to give up most of them after having both shoulders replaced. He loved Stephen King novels and had a large collection of books. He was a huge Bronco fan. He loved driving and was not happy when his privileges were taken away. He was loved by everyone that was privileged enough to know him.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Peggy-Loveland, his daughter Michelle Babb(Vaughn Cito) Johnstown, his grandson Johnathan Babb, Johnstown, his great grandsons Athan and Mason Babb, Johnstown, 1 granddaughter Hillary Cito- Roth (Kevin) of LaSalle,1 great-granddaughter Ava, 2 honorary granddaughters, Monique and Janelle Velasco, and their children, Greeley, one honorary grandson, Rylee Webb, Greeley, sisters Betty Burk, Farnsworth, TX, Irma McMillan (Richard) Mesa, AZ, Danette Crespin (David) Milliken, brother James (Kathy) Waynesville, MO, one aunt, Ruth Wulf (Platteville) , numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his son Richard (Rick), his parents Harold and Bonnie Wulf, an infant brother Gary Lee Wulf, brothers Earl and Verl Wulf.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday June 29th at 2:00pm at Dreams and Dragonflies Event Center in Johnstown.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pathways Hospice in Richard’s name
