Richard Stanley Zak

Zak Sr., Richard Stanley, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on July 28, 2015. He was born on August 22, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York. He was a USMC Reservist for many years and was active as a Boy Scout Leader. He loved the outdoors, especially camping, fishing and scuba diving. Richard is survived by his wife of 55 years Angelina Zak; his son Richard Stanley Zak II and his wife Becky; daughter Lorraine Zak; grandchildren Thomas Kingery, Glenn Julian, LaShonda Julian; two great grandchildren; Aunt Christine Dombrowski; Cousins Pauline Dombrowski, John Dombrowski and his wife Nancy; nephews Billy Chilion and his wife Robin and their children, Douglas Gallup and his wife Elizabeth; and too many adopted family and friends to mention. A Memorial Service will be held on August 22, 2015 at 11:00 am at Our Savior Lutheran Church located at 4301 Atrisco Dr. NW, (505)836-7007.
