Rie Kodera Maves
August 5th, 1951 - June 26th, 2015
Rie K. Maves, a longtime resident of Waukesha, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the age of 63 years. She was born in Saitama Japan in 1951, the daughter of Shoko Nehs. Rie and her family came to Waukesha is 1957. Rie married Roger Maves in 1975. She was a graduate of Waukesha High School. Rie worked at Dresser Industries, Ortho Kenetics, Harris Lumber, Artos Engeneering and since 1990, she worked at Schaefer Megomat. Rie loved to garden and landscape; her special interest was in plants, trees and all things with natural beauty. Rie will be lovingly missed by her mother, Shoko Nehs; her brother Roy Nehs; other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger. A visitation for Rie will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the 12 Noon funeral service at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. Burial will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials can be made in Rie's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
