Robert Lee Arbuckle
February 23rd, 1955 - July 1st, 2024
Robert (Bob/Bobby) Lee Arbuckle, age 69, passed away peacefully on July 1st, 2024 in his home in Tucson, Arizona due to natural causes.
Bobby was born on February 23rd, 1955 in Monroe, MI to parents Francis James Arbuckle and Emily Pauline Waller-Arbuckle. He spent his childhood growing up and making memories with his siblings Carol, James, Nancy, William, Gary, and Emily. After graduating from Bedford High School, Robert went on to study Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at Owens Community College in Toledo, OH. He served his country admirably in the Army and was discharged honorably in 1976. In 1977, he married Jamie Lee Taylor in Adrian, MI. He had many adventures living in beautiful places like Adrian, MI, Toledo, OH, and Tucson, AZ.
Robert is predeceased by his parents: Francis and Emily Arbuckle, his brothers: James Arbuckle and William Arbuckle, his sisters: Nancy Layman and Emily Arbuckle, his spouse: Jamie Lee Arbuckle, and dear friend: Clovis (Butch) J. Hensley.
He is survived by his children: Taylor James Arbuckle (Katie Arbuckle) (of Pinckney, MI) and Candra Lee Hodge (of Toledo, OH), his grandchildren: Max, Anthony, and Lily, his siblings: Carol Klink and Gary Arbuckle, and many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Bob's ashes will be placed in the Saguaro National Park, as he loved Tucson and spent many years of his adult life there, as it is such a tranquil and beautiful place. The family plans on holding a memorial gathering at a later date.
