On March 9, 2016 Robert (Bobby) Copeland peacefully slipped away after a long hard fought battle with Parkinson's disease. He was a 54 year resident of Brevard county. Born March 18, 1934 in Mayo, Florida. The youngest son of Jessie and Walter Copeland's eight children. At age two, the family moved to Madison, Florida and Bob always considered Madison his home. He was a graduate of Madison High School and Emery Riddle Aeronautical University. He proudly served five years in the U.S. Air Force with assignments in Europe and North Africa. He enjoyed a 42 year career with the Federal Aviation Administration. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Shirley Elizabeth Ann, son Robert Benjamin, daughter-in-law Maureen Anne, and grandson Christopher Chadwick, as well as many close friends and family. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Holy Trinity Chapel Restoration Fund, or the Michael J Fox foundation for Parkinson's research. A celebration of life memorial service, will be held on Wednesday, 11:00am, March 16 at Holy Trinity Episcopal Chapel located at 50 West Strawbridge Avenue, Melbourne, FL 32901
