Robert "Pat" Patrick Dozier

Robert Patrick "Pat" Dozier, 62, of Lexington, South Carolina, passed away Friday, June 11, 2021. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina. Pat was a 1976 graduate of Spring Valley High School. He joined the United States Marines at age of 17. He worked as a truck driver for most of his career. Pat was preceded in death by his father, Grady Dozier, and mother, Patricia Dozier. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Marilyn Dozier; sons, Matthew Dozier, Lexington, SC, and Johnny Reyes and his wife, Sarah, of Colorado; one grandson, Clark Alexander; and brothers Michael Dozier, Donald Dozier and Tommy Dozier. Pat was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 15th, at 9:00 a.m. in the Parish Life Center at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. The funeral service, officiated by the Rev. Dr. William E. White, will follow at 10:00 a.m. in the Church. Pat will be laid to rest in the Church Cemetery after the service. Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 1130 St. Peter's Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Family and friends may sign the online guest book at www.thompsonsfuneral.com.
