Robert "Bob" Joseph Driscoll, Sr.
August 16th, 1950 - May 15th, 2021
Robert “Bob” Joseph Driscoll, Sr., 70 of Mantua, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Legacy Bob was a loving and caring companion, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed cooking for them on the barbeque grill. Bob loved to tell stories to those that would listen. He enjoyed playing golf and horseshoes. He loved spending time at the beach in Avalon, New Jersey. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. Bob was a proud member of the United States Marines Corps, served in the Vietnam War and was on the honor guard at the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. He graduated high school in 1968. Family Bob is the beloved fiance of Patti J. Strockbine (nee Urban). Devoted father of Regina (Chris), Bobby (Danielle) and Joe. Treasured grandfather of 5 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. Son of the late Jane and William Driscoll. Dear brother of Bill (Pat), Barbara (Dwayne), Brian (Carol), Richard and Dan (Julie). He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Graveside Service on June the 8th at 12:00PM in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown, New Jersey at the shelter.
