Robert “Bob” Allen Eldridge, Sr., Age 73 born in Owosso, Michigan on October 15th, 1950.

                                                    He died on June 16, 2024

Bob was preceded by his parents, Al and Eileen, sister Dianne, son Greg VanRaemdonck, daughter Jennifer Eldridge, father in law Francis “Dutch” Baumgart and sister in law Rhonda Baumgart.

Robert attended Owosso High School, graduating in 1968. Bob proudly served his country by joining and serving in the Navy for 4 years. Bob worked for Chevy Truck until joining the Durand Police Department working his way to Chief of Police. He was very proud of his accomplishments as a Police Officer/ Chief.

Bob is survived by his wife of 33 years, Annette Eldridge, son Robert Eldrige, Jr. (Kesha) of Oklahoma, Michelle Grady (Dan) of Port St. John, daughter Christine Anderson of Viera, son David Baumgart (Desiree) of Bismarck, North Dakota, son Jeremy (Bryan) Vazquez of Cocoa, sister, Lynn Brindley(Jim) of MI; brother, Kevin Eldridge of Owosso, aunt Shirley Eldridge and uncle, Walt Hickmott(Donna) , along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Grandchildren Jolie, Caleb, Erika Derrick, Dakota, Kayla, Austin, Jailah, Max, Piper, Armond, Michelle, Tristan and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Bob enjoyed dressing up as Santa for all the kids that came to the store to see “Mr. Bob.” Bob leaves to cherish his memory many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

 He loved his work family MJ, Rick, Christine, Easter and all the staff and customers there at the Neighborhood Market. 

Bob loved people greatly, especially his family, his Walmart family and friends.
