Mr. Friedheim, 79, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at home surrounded by his family. He was born on July 24, 1933 in Grand Island, NE, son of the late Cyril and Gladys H. Friedheim. Mr. Friedheim grew up in Chicago, IL and then served in the United States Air Force. He married Josephine Dever on January 21, 1956 and celebrated 57 years of marriage this year. He and Josephine moved to Buffalo, NY, where they raised their 6 children. In 1978 the family moved to Charlotte, NC. Mr. Friedheim is survived by his wife, Josephine D. Friedheim; his children, Robert Friedheim, Mary Friedheim Moga, John Friedheim, Elizabeth Friedheim, Catherine Friedheim and Amy Friedheim Murray and their spouses; 16 grandchildren; and one brother, Jack Friedheim and his wife Arlene.
