Robert William Hein

Robert "Bob” William Hein, 63, of Pierce, CO passed away June 7, 2014 at Hospice of Northern Colorado. He was born December 19, 1950 in Fort Collins, CO to William and Elladina (Winick) Hein. Bob grew up in Ault, CO and graduated from Highland High School. On May 12, 1973 in Eaton, CO he married Debra Maag. In 1974 Bob and Debra moved to Pierce. Bob farmed around Ault until he went to work for Eastman Kodak where he retired in July of 2013 after 41 years of employment. He later worked for Carestream Health. Bob enjoyed bowling, softball, water skiing and his family. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Debra; two children, Michael (Roxana) Hein, Michelle (John) Zitek; and five grandchildren, Haley Hein, Kylie Hein, Chloe Hein, David Zitek, and Lauren Zitek. He was preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday June 12, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the First Lutheran Church in Ault, 402 Graefe Avenue, Ault, CO 80610.
