Robert “Bob” Kenneth Holmes, 82, of Caldwell, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2011 The world has lost a great man as Bob passed away at home as he had wished, with his loving wife of 53 years, Betty, and the rest of the family at his side. He was a very kind and generous man who was the respected patriarch and pillar of the Holmes family. Bob was born in Truskett, Texas in 1928. We hope his unselfish traits stay alive in us which could make the world a better place. He is survived by his wife Betty, sons: Ronnie and Dennis, sisters: Wanda Baublit, Joreen (Aharon) Aharonian, and Betty (Jim) Arnold. He has three grandchildren and five great-grand children. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Donnie Holmes, Jerry Dotson, Albert Dotson, and Ken Dotson. Bob’s Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 7, 2011 at Flahiff Funeral Chapel, Caldwell, ID. Inurnment will be in Tipton, CA at a later date.
