Robert J. Kemp

Mr. Robert Jenkins Kemp, 80, of St. Petersburg and Norwell, Massachusetts, passed away Monday, February 18, 2008 at Tampa General Hospital. He was born in Quincy, Massachusetts and has been a seasonal visitor to Florida for several years. He served in the US Army Air Corps; earned his MBA at Harvard University and was co-owner of Marine Optical Company in Brockton, Massachusetts for many years. He was Episcopalian. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Mary Louise, two daughters, Elizabeth Kemp-Rose of California and Margaret Kemp-Murphy of Massachusetts, one brother, Dr. Wallace M. Kemp of Hanover, Massachusetts and three grandchildren, Robert Kemp Rose and Henry Rose, both of California and Hugh McAllister Murphy of Massachusetts. Private services were held. David C.
