Robert Frank Laidlaw, 57, of Goose Creek, SC, passed away on January 18, 2020 in Charleston, SC. Robert was born in Charleston, SC to Robert Arthur Laidlaw & Linda Faith Hopkins on June 9, 1962. He went to school at St Andrews High School. He married Jeannette Holly Page on June 19, 1999 in Goose Creek, SC. He attended Trident Technical College. He worked as a Truck Driver for over 20 years. He was a member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Goose Creek, SC. He loved to sing old hymns; his favorite was Old Rugged Cross. He loved his Clemson football and the Dallas Cowboys. Robert is preceded in death by his mother Linda Faith Hopkins. Robert is survived by his father Robert Arthur. His spouse: Jeannette Holly. His children: Amanda (Chris), Alexis, Rebekah. His brother James. His grandchildren: Aniah, Aleigha, CJ, Cayden, Ava. Viewing and services for Robert are Friday, January 25, 2020 at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Inc., 281 Treeland Drive, Ladson, SC. Viewing is from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Funeral services immediately following at 11:00 am. Lunch will follow, details will be provided.
