Robert Lipkint, age 87, of Henderson, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015 in Las Vegas, NV. Robert was born November 12, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Julius and the late Ida (Hanzer) Lipkint. Robert served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was later employed as an accountant and happily married Rhoda S. Bloom on December 24, 1950. Following their children, they moved to Las Vegas in 1997. In his free time, Robert was a Mason and sports enthusiast. He was a huge NY Giants and NY Rangers fan. He is survived by his wife Rhoda S. (Bloom) Lipkint; daughter Felice Robin (Brian Marton) Lipkint of Las Vegas, NV; son Howard (Cynthia) Lipkint of Henderson, NV; and grandson Matthew Lipkint. The funeral will be held at 8:00 am on Friday, June 26, 2015 at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV. Contributions in Robert's honor can be made to the Jewish National Fund to plant trees in Israel.
