Robert T. McQueen, age 63, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2013. He was born in Great Lakes Il September 10, 1949 and was a resident of New Mexico for the last fourteen years. Robert Bob proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was an employee of the village of Los Lunas for over eleven years, the last nine plus of which as the supervisor of the solid waste department. Bob was forced to retire in 2011 because of his medical condition. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby (Louise); father, Robert Sr.; son, Sean and brother-in-law, Eric. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Doreen; sister, Patricia; brothers, Steven, Gerald and Donald; his son, Brett; step-son Justin and Candace; granddaughter, Kaylie and many friends. In accordance with the deceased wishes his remains will be cremated and there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home of Los Lunas, 820 Main St. NE, 764-9663.
