Born on February 10, 1947, in Kathleen, Georgia, Alvin graduated from Warner Robins High School and received his degree in Physical Education from the University of Georgia. He worked as a Shipping Supervisor in the Corrugated industry for over 40 years and retired from Rusken Packaging at the age of 71. He found his greatest joy in spending time with family and friends, especially his kids and grandkids.

Alvin lived a life marked by his warm and gentle nature and one-of-a-kind personality that brought lots of smiles and laughter to all who knew him. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten and the memories and funny stories he left us will live on in our hearts forever.
