SLEPPY, Robert B. 74, of Seminole, peacefully passed away on January 28, 2010 at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Springdale, PA on July 17, 1935 he later graduated from Springdale High School and Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA where he majored in Music. He came to Florida in 1960 and attended the University of Tampa where he earned his Masters in Education. He taught school for 39 years and all but two were in Pinellas County Schools where he taught music and later vocational education. He was a coordinator for Diversified Cooperative Training Program where he touched the lives of countless individuals. He was a faithful servant at Pasadena Community Church for 48 years where he shared his passion of music through the sharing of God's Word as the church pianist. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Marian; Children Robert Cheryl Sleppy, Jr. and Katherine Phil Carley; grandchildren Bobby Juslin, Steven, & Valerie Lewis, John, Christine, & Joey Sleppy. In lieu of flowers donations to Pasadena Community Church Music Ministry or Suncoast Hospice. He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
