May 5th, 1937 - February 6th, 2015
Kernersville-Robert "Peewee" E. Tedder, 77, passed away February 6, 2015. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 3:30PM Sunday February 8, 2015 at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. A native of Davie County, he was the son of the late William Ernest and Beulah Posey Tedder. In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Neal Tedder, brothers Bill Tedder and Melvin Tedder, sisters Pansy Wilson and Elizabeth Calloway. Robert served his country with the US Army from 1960 to 1964. He was stationed in Germany during his service with the Army. He was retired from Dunnigan Rideout Heating and Air Conditioning after 49 years of service. Survivors include a brother and two sisters, numerous nieces and nephews. "Peewee" was blessed with a very special group of friends and neighbors that was like a family to him.
