Robert Thomas Thornton 07-04-1925 - 08-22-2007 Bob was a WWII Navy Veteran in the Pacific Theater. Post war, he worked for 35 years as a commercial electrician. Bob was married for 59 years to Elvera Marie (Dalesky). They had two children: Linda, who is married to Alan Hall, and Tom, who is married to Glenna (Rickert). Tom and Glenna gave them three grandchildren: Amanda, Robbie, and Kellie. All of us will especially miss his subtle sense of humor, his depth and breadth of knowledge on many subjects, and his gentle spirit and loving heart. At Bob's request there will be no funeral or memorial service.
