Robert "Loveable Bob" Waxman 89, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2014. He was born May 12, 1925 and grew up in Philadelphia with his sister Gloria Perper who pre deceased him. Their parents were Edith and Samuel Waxman who owned a Seafood Market catering to restaurants in downtown Philadelphia. He was a long-time member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and it became a very special part of his life. He enjoyed sailing his boat and making lasting friendships.
