Robert F. Westbrook, 88, of Stony Point NY, passed away March 5, 2024. He was born in Port Jervis, NY on July 12, 1935. Robert was married to Joyce McGill on February 16, 1958. Bob, a Navy Veteran, was a business owner to his restaurant and tavern. He was an Elk, Mason, Shriner, and a member of the American Legion. In addition to this, he was the president of Rockland County Restaurant and Tavern Association from 1973 until his passing. He loved to go hunting, fishing, and he loved watching the Three Stooges. His favorite pastime was to spend time with his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. Robert is survived by his loving children Debbie, Donna and Bobby; wonderful grandchildren Jackie, Joey, and Jason, Jennifer Kenney (Whittington), James Kenney and Vincent, Jessica Westbrook, Bobby and Lukas. Robert was preceded in death by his grandson Jaime Conklin and Lynn Westbrook. Visitaton will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2024 from 3pm-7pm at T.J. McGowan Funeral Home. Services will be held on Monday, 11am at the funeral home with Reverend Warren Brandt, followed by intermenat at Fred Loescher Cemetery, Spring Valley,NY.
