Obituary Robert Allen White, 69, was born in London, Kentucky to the late James Paul and Helen June Brewer White. He retired from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. Robert is survived by his daughter, Joyce White (Cash) Centers; and two grandchildren, Katherine Centers and Christopher Centers. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Eva Rogers White. Graveside Service 12:00 pm on Monday, September 17 at Frankfort Cemetery, Frankfort, Ky.
