Robert W. Zuber, 86, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018 in Viera, Florida surrounded by family. He was born December 21, 1931 in Berks County, Reading, Pennsylvania to Mabel (Snyder) and Wesley Zuber. He graduated from Shillington High School and Wharton School in Philadelphia, PA. Robert leaves his wife, Joan M. (Eiler) Zuber; his children, Jennifer K. Smith of Shillington, PA, Robert K. Zuber and his wife Paula of Raleigh NC; stepson, Stephen J. Parese and his wife Tammy of Mooresville NC; grandchildren, Meredith Ferrell and her husband Jon, Janel Bell, Michael Zuber, Kelly Zuber, Toby Parese, Heather V. (Parese) Blevins and her husband Edwin, Richard S. Parese III and his wife Jessica; great grandchildren, Emily Graves, Ethan Parese, Ava Monestine, Audrey Ferrell, Lydia Ferrell, Jake Bell and Abby Bell; sister, Sylvia Goll. He was predeceased by his stepson Richard S Parese Jr. Robert practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the Reading area for 40 years retiring in 2003. He was a Past Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association Certified Valuation Associates, Past Treasurer of Trinity Lutheran Church, Reading Pennsylvania, Past President of West Reading Wyomissing Rotary and a Founding Father of Berks Classical Children's Chorus. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, 2121 K Street NW. Suite 200 Washington, DC 20037 Burial will be private at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, Mims, Florida 32754.
