Roberta Anne Edwards

Roberta (Bobbie) Anne Edwards died peacefully at her home in Arvada, CO on July 4th 2017. Roberta struggled for a year with cancer before succumbing to the disease. Roberta is preceded in death by her Parents, Robert and Anna Johnson, and her Husband Bruce A. Edwards. She is survived by her Son Mark (Connie) Edwards, Daughter Tracey (Loren) Caldwell, Sister Cathleen Louise Johnson (Daniel O†™Hayre), Grandchildren Joshua Mueller and Ryan McCormick along with several nieces and nephews. Roberta was born on January 23, 1940. Bobbie grew up the daughter of grocery store owners. Spending her early years with her parents in North Denver, She met Bruce Edwards in 1959 and they were married on March 4th, 1962. With her husband in the travel industry, she was well traveled. Bobbie always had the †œgreen thumb†� and gardening was a passion of hers. She has a long history of service to others. At one point she was the President of the local Sertoma Club. Most recently has been very active with the Arvada Presbyterian Church. She was a shining example of strong community and family and will be missed.
