Robin Renee Hauskins

April 27th, 1961 - April 19th, 2024

Robin Renee Hauskins April 27, 1961 - April 19, 2024

Our dearest Robin Renee Hauskins left this earth too soon on April 19, 2024, but she left us with the fondest of memories. A beautiful soul inside and out, she brightened the lives of so many with her radiant smile and bright blue eyes. Her warmhearted outlook on life was contagious. She chose to live life to the fullest and no situation could keep this brave warrior down. We will always remember her love of nature, Big Foot, butterflies, Big Bird, and her toes in the sand.

Robin was born in Whittier, California to parents Larry and Judith Hauskins in 1961. Eight years later, in 1969, her brother and “little buddy”, Jeffery Hauskins, completed the family. The family soon moved to SE Portland Oregon where Robin spent her younger years. When she was around age 10 her parents built a beautiful home in Gladstone for her middle and high school years. She had many good memories there with her family. That home always held a special place in her heart.

Robin attended Clackamas Community College and completed the Office Administration Program. She dedicated much of her career as an in-home care provider for the State of Oregon for 15 years. Her talent and compassion for working with the elderly touched many lives, making a significant difference to those she cared for.

Robin bravely battled breast cancer for over three years. In her final days, she was surrounded by family and peacefully passed away on a beautiful sunny morning at Milwaukie Providence Hospital.

Robin’s daughters and grandchildren are profoundly grateful for the example she set through her hard work and devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

In accordance with Robin’s wishes, her ashes will be released into the upper Clackamas River, her favorite place to be, and the Pacific Ocean.

Robin is survived by her three daughters (Tifany, Crystal, and Jaycee), her six beautiful grandchildren (Nathan, Aubrey, Brooke, Cailyn, Jeremiah, and Juliana), and her brother (Jeffery).

Robin had been in my life since I can remember. I can hear her laugh in my head...it was infectious and full of joy! She was vivacious, full of life, & was unapologetically herself! My parents were good friends and they spent a lot of time together. They lost touch for a number of year's & I'll never forget the day Robin showed up on our porch and asked where my mom was. My mom had passed away before they could reconcile, but my Dad & Robin immediately became best friends and spent a lot of time together. They took trips to the beach, went to Peacock in the Park each year and we're just there for each other! Robin was there for my Dad during one of the most devastating times of his life and I will always be extremely grateful to her for the companionship she brought him! Sending my deepest condolences to you Tiffany, Crystal, Jaycee, your children, & of course Jeff! I'll have to pull my Dad's photos out of my storage and go through them. I know I have some to share! 🫶🏻✨🫂
