Unadilla, GA- Rodney W. Bryant, 62, went home to be with the Lord on October 10, 2018 with his loving family at his side. Funeral Services will be held on October 13, 2018 at 11:00AM at Grace Baptist Church, 3151 Peach Pkwy, Fort Valley, GA 31030.A visitation with family and friends will be held on October 12, 2018 from 6:00PM – 8:00pm at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Immediately following the service he will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Rodney was born on April 29, 1956 to the late Paul and Evelyn Flanders Bryant Ennis (Emory Ennis). He was a man of honor who believed everyone should love their mother more than anything this world has to offer. Rodney was an avid outdoorsman who loved farming, fishing, and hunting. Rodney will be remembered for his outpouring generosity for helping children in need. He would open his home to them and he loved helping them so much that he became a foster parent. Rodney was a man who loved to make others smile no matter the situation and he believed that smiling warmed the heart. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather who will be greatly missed. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Bryant. Rodney is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Mary Bryant; Children, Catherine (Marcus) Lowery, Gary Coffin, Ethan Bryant and Gracey Bryant; Grandchildren, Clent, Taylor and Cage Allen; brother, James (Sandra) Bryant and several Nieces and Nephews.
