Rod was an amazing person. He filled the lives of his family and friends with endless laughter and love. He is at home with the Lord, his sister Gloria and father Neil, and will be painfully missed but lovingly remembered by every person whose life he touched. He attended Chico Alliance Church for many years with his family. Rod graduated in 1967 from West High School in Bremerton, and received a graphic arts degree from Olympic College. He worked for Lockheed Martin for over 34 years with many great people. Wine-making, stained glass, and painting were a few of his many artistic hobbies. Rod is survived by his wife of 35 years Carla, his three children, Ben (Julie), Carmin (Lewis), and Brittin (Kimberly). His mother Beryl, and siblings Al (Leah), Carl and Carol (Tom). His grandchildren Natalie, Garret, Maddisen, Braelynn, and LilliAnn, and great grandchildren Karlee, Jake, and Lucas. Nieces and nephews Jeff, Shelly, Ryan, Heidi, Tom, Brenda, Julie Angie, Alisa, Brenda, and Tara. Mother-in-law Gladys, sister-in-law Dede (Terry), and brother-in-law Tim (Rosie), and countless other loved ones both at home and in England.
