Early morning of February 27th, 2024, Rudy quietly passed away surrounded by family at the age of 59.

Rudy was born on October 22, 1964, in Portland

Oregon. He lived in the Pacific Northwest all his life.

He was the middle son out of the 2 boys and 3 girls of Ricardo and Benita Portillo. He was a hardworking man that helped his mom around the house after his fathers passing in 2002. He was a great mechanic that loved to work on cars and a handy man that was happy to repair anything for anybody that needed his help. He was very well known in the community for helping people and was not scared to take the shirt off his back to help anyone. Rudy is preceded in death by his father. He leaves behind his mother, siblings, two children (Ricky and Danielle) and six grandchildren. His life was cut short, and he will be greatly missed.
