Roger I Collins, 67 passed away December 19, 2017 at Hope Hospice Lehigh A Celebration of Roger’s life will be held in his honor on December 30, 2017 at 11:00 at Crossroads Baptist Church, 10721 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, Florida Roger was born March 28, 1950 in Jamestown, Kentucky. Proceeded in death by his wife Mary Collins, his parents GD and Erma Dean Collins, and his sister Vicky Bowling. As well as the grandparents that lovingly raised him, James and Delsie (Granny) Wooten. Roger was a diesel mechanic for LeeMar Construction for more than 35 years. He loved hunting and fishing with his children and grandchildren. Surviving are his children Michelle and Robert King, Missy Collins, Roger Todd and Amy Collins, Casey Collins, and Timm and Evie Chapman. Roger is also survived by six grandchildren that he loved very much: Robbie, Jasmine, Kayla, Cayden, Paisley and Piper as well as his brother Ronnie Collins and several nieces and nephews. Akin-Davis Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Roger.
