Roland Langley
May 5th, 1948 - January 13th, 2022
Roland Langley, age 73, went to be with his lord and savior on January 13, 2022. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Roland was born on May 5, 1948 in White Plains, New York to the late James McClendon and Lessie Watkins Langley. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Terry Langley, Gene Langley, and Lester Langley. Roland was an avid Yankees fan who enjoyed singing, playing piano, and most importantly, spending time with his family. Roland was a member of Greater Centennial A.M.E. Zion Church and was proud to serve his savior. Roland was also proud of his sobriety and was willing to help anyone that needed it. Roland is survived by his loving children, Michael (Venise) Hundley, Valarie (Raymond) Jones, Damon (Elizabeth) Aitchison, Lakisha Langley-Porter, Rashaan (Anita) Langley, Gianna Langley; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Deborah Ann (Hoston) Rodgers; and a host of extended friends and family.
