Roland Lee Schneider

Roland Lee Schneider passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, in Sacramento, CA at the age of 81 years old. He was born in San Francisco, CA on November 8, 1940, a son of the late Fay (Brimhall) and Rollo Clarence Schneider. Roland is survived by his wife, Donna Scott-Schneider of Sacramento, CA; his daughter, Kathryn and her husband Mark Sandberg, of Council, ID; his son, Ken and his wife Laura Schneider, of Rocklin, CA; his daughters-in-love Rachel (and her husband Ken) Garibaldi, of San Francisco, CA, Lynette Elder of Carmichael, CA and Cinnamon Graffi, of Carmichael, CA Roland is also survived by two brothers, Gary Schneider, of Coulterville, CA and Frank and Beverly Schneider, of Pacifica, CA; Roland was a proud, loving grandfather to Nicholas, Alex, Jordan, Jason, Jacob, Hannah and Gregory; he had two nephews, Taylor Adam and Justin; and two nieces, Sherry Sue and Heidi. Roland is also survived by brother and sister-in-law Mike Greene and Cathy Baskin. He and Donna had seven great-grandchildren. Roland is preceded by first wife, Patricia; daughter-in-love, Nina; grandson, Joshua; other loved family, Ruth & Ralph Fabela. Ron was a valued friend to many and those who loved him simply called him Papa Ron. A private family Graveside Service will be held at Sunset View Cemetery, Jackson, CA. The family will plan a celebration of life in the Spring/Summer.
