ROLANDO LARRAZ Rolando Larraz passed away on Frebruay 8, 2022. He was born on October 28, 1940 to Capt. Antonio Larraz and Alicia M. Estevez-Maymir. Rolando was born in Cuba of Basque descend. He was the founder, publisher and editor-in-chief of the Las Vegas Tribune Newspaper. He is survived by his sister Perly Larraz-Viasmensky; Cousin Teresita J. Estevez; God-Child Merita Galvez-Fernandez; niece Christine Moran-Treto, his beloved dog Troy, and many, friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother Antonio (Tony) Larraz, his partner in many business ventures; his paternal grandparents Antonio Larraz Garbachal and Emma Sorondo Campaneria; maternal grandparents Alftredo Estevez and Alicia Maymir. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ahern Hotel at 300 W. Sahara Avenue. Las Vegas, Nevada 89102 on March 11, 2022, at 3:00 p.m.
