Ron Coonrod of Loveland, CO passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in Ft. Collins, CO. He is survived by his three children Seth Coonrod of Loveland, CO, Danielle Coonrod of Long Beach, CA and CJ Coonrod of Ft. Collins, CO. He is also survived by his father Stephen Coonrod of Paonia, CO and his mother Rise Tribolet of Paonia, CO. Additionally, he is survived by his three grandchildren Tessa, Lauren and Rylan. Ron was born in Junction City, KS and moved with his family to Colorado as a child. He grew up in Longmont, graduating from Niwot High School in 1982. Ron spent many years living across the northern front range of Colorado with his family until they moved to Paonia, CO in 1996. After many years in Paonia, the family moved back to the Greeley/Loveland area and he spent his remaining years there. He dedicated his life’s work to raising his children as a stay-at-home-dad. Ron enjoyed riding his bike, watching and playing hockey, fishing with his dad, photography, and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He also enjoyed a good golf nap on Sunday afternoons. Cremation has been completed. Private services will be held in Loveland, Colorado. Private Services
