Ron Ehrlich
March 2nd, 1942 - October 1st, 2016
Ron Ehrlich, 74, of Milliken, CO passed away at his home on Saturday, October 1, 2016. He was born to Otto and Esther (Hergert) Ehrlich on March 2, 1942 in Windsor where he grew up and graduated from Windsor High School in 1961. He then attended UNC for 2 years. On May 4, 1963, he married Karen Siegfried. He co-owned Ehrlich Feedlot with his father, brother and son until 1987 when he began his career developing property and later getting into real estate sales throughout Northern Colorado. Ron coached Little League baseball, softball and football for a number of years and was a member of the Mad Russian men’s golf league and the Loveland Elks Lodge. He enjoyed camping and fishing, was a practical jokester, loved the Denver Broncos but most enjoyed time with his family and attending his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s activities. Survivors include his children; LeRon (Lori) Ehrlich of Milliken and Shae (John) Courrejou of Mead as well as their mother, Karen Ehrlich of Johnstown, four grandchildren; Nick (Maria) Ehrlich, Christopher, Zach and Bryson Courrejou, two great-grandchildren; Emma Rose and Annabelle Ehrlich, brother; Bob (Katie) Ehrlich of Milliken and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Waylon Ehrlich. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 10, 2016 at the Johnstown United Methodist Church, 108 King Ave. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Waylon Ehrlich FFA Scholarship Foundation in care of Adamson Funeral & Cremation Services, 2000 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634. Friends may leave condolences at adamsonchapels.com.
