Ron Eider, 72, a resident of Lacey, died in Olympia on November 8, 2006. He was born December 5, 1933 in Thompson, North Dakota to John L. and Ethel (Bahr) Eider. Ron had lived in the Tacoma area for 62 years and had worked for the Puyallup School District for many years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Katherine, children, Connie (Dave) Parker, Donna O’Neal, Ronda (Dave) Jackson; grandchildren, Trenton, Elliot, Marlene, Andrea, Austin, Kathryn, Sheldon; 4 ½ great grandchildren; stepchildren, Bob (Karen) and Cheryl Bennett; siblings, Roger (Ann), Bob, Shirley Smith, Jim, and Leotta (Jim) Hollingsworth. His granddaughter, Michele, died in a car accident in 2005. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Sat. Nov. 11th at St. Mark Lutheran Church in Lacey, WA.
