Ronald E. Hall, 69, of Brandon, Florida, peacefully passed into the loving arms of our Lord on August 28, 2024, surrounded by his cherished family. Known to many as "Ronnie," he was a devoted outdoorsman, often found perched high in a tree stand during hunting season, patiently waiting for a prize-winning buck. In the off-season, he pursued his passion for fishing, participating in numerous tournaments over the years. A true Florida native, Ronnie took immense pride in sharing his love for the outdoors with his children and grandchildren, a legacy that will live on.
Born to Thomas J. Hall Sr. and Emma Lucille Hall in Ybor City, Florida, Ronnie was a proud graduate of Leto High School. He earned an Associates in Arts from Hillsborough Community College and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Tampa College. Ronnie dedicated 24 years to Johnson Controls of Tampa before concluding his professional career as an echocardiographer vascular sonographer in Citrus County.
Despite a long battle with illness, Ronnie's spirit remained strong. He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Dorothy Polen Hall; his daughters, Georgiana MacKay (Ken) and Brittany Scharf (Bill); his grandchildren, Lorelai MacKay, James Scharf, and Luke Scharf; his mother, Emma Hall; his brothers, Thomas Hall ll (Hope) and Terrance Hall (Donna) his sister, Lois Powell; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his father, Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ronnie's name to the Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida.
