October 25th, 1955 - October 10th, 2023
Ronald Joseph Lorg, 67, of Dunedin Florida passed away peacefully in his home on October 10, 2023. Born and raised in Garden Plaine Kansas, Ron joined the United States Army on April 06, 1976, and served his country with pride until his honorable discharge on April 04, 1980, at which time he moved to his forever home in Florida. President and CEO of Allied Resource Technology, Inc., Ron loved working closely with the medical community and his family knows he will forever be in their memories. Ron was predeceased by his father Peter Lorg, mother Kathleen Marshall (Schneider), stepfather Harry Marshall and brother Matt Lorg. Ron is survived by his daughter Andrea Lorg and grandsons Damion Day and Alex Thompson. Ron leaves behind seven siblings, their spouses, nieces, and nephews. Ron's surviving siblings, oldest to youngest, include Don Lorg, John Lorg, Mark Lorg, Sharlyn Lorg, Carolyn Meyers, Melvin Lorg, and Mike Lorg. Ron is also survived by his step daughter Cassandra Hagadone, son in law Daniel Hagadone, grandson Bryson Butler, and grandson Joseph Hagadone. Ron will spend eternity amongst those who loved him most, his ashes will be spread per his final wishes later; therefore, no local services will be held. A private service will be held for family and friends in his childhood hometown at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in Ron's honor to the Wounded Warrior Project
