On January 23rd, 2019, Ronald Gary Rose, 78, passed away peacefully due to natural causes at Rideout Memorial Hospital. Ron was born and raised in Yuba City. He was employed with Coca Cola, Yuba City Department of Motor Vehicles, US Military, and primarily locally as a realtor and broker. Ron has been recognized for his contributions to charities, local social groups, and mentoring new realtors. He was an active member of the Linda Church of Christ. Ron is preceded in death by his father, Al Rose, who served as Mayor and Councilman of Yuba City; his mother, Hilda Rose; and a sister, Marylou. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Judy; sister, Sheila; a brother, Alvin; 4 children: Rodney, Cherri, Derrick, and Kevin; along with 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted 10 AM, on January 30th, 2019, at Ullrey Memorial Chapel at 817 Almond St, Yuba City, CA 95991.
