Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services - Ladson
Ronald Thomas Sapp
July 3rd, 2022
October 16, 1942 - July 3, 2022 After a long battle with cancer, Ron passed away at home with Valerie Cialini, his companion and wife of 45 years, by his side. A caring and generous man, Ron also considered himself a rebel. He kept himself fit with activities he enjoyed such as cross-country and downhill skiing, tennis, bicycling, and pickleball. He loved to be on or near the water for boating, swimming and skiing as well as just appreciating the beauty and tranquility it offered. Ron was always open to new experiences. At the age of 56, he taught himself to play the drums. At 60, he went skydiving for the first time. He enjoyed music and dancing throughout his life. Ron is survived by his son, Ronald Sapp Jr., daughters Teresa Sapp, Christine Langlois (Ken), all in Newark, NY, Victoria Dabolt (John) in Germany and sister, Charlene Allman (Richard) in Summerville, SC. He has 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren as well as numerous cousins, nieces and a nephew.
