Ronald Lowell Wiseman
December 23rd, 1965 - July 25th, 2019
Ronald Lowell Wiseman was born December 23, 1965 in Tacoma, WA. Ron was most known for his contagious sense of humor, his love of adventure, and above all else, his love for his family. When he was younger, Ron set off on his first major adventure and rode his bike from Tacoma, WA to San Francisco, CA. He was an avid snow skier, spending many winter days on the slopes with family and friends. At the age of 20, Ron met the love of his life, Shelly, while living in Colorado. Together they were best friends and extraordinary parents to their three children and two dogs. Ron was also a member of the Washington soccer community, coaching several of his kids’ soccer teams. When he wasn’t coaching, he was the most enthusiastic, active and often most vocal fan in every single game he attended. He was a skilled auto body technician, enjoyed working on many home projects, and loved spending time on the soccer field, skiing, hiking and more. Ron was a renowned member of his community, making a lasting impression everywhere he went. He will be greatly missed by all. Ron passed away July 25, 2019 at the age of 53. He is survived by his mother, Emily Parsons (Tacoma, WA) his sister Jennifer Tretheway (Boston, MA), his daughters Caley Robinett (Calera, AL) and Genie Wiseman (Tacoma, WA), his son Erik Wiseman (Tacoma, WA), and his granddaughter Lilly Robinett. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, August 9, 2019 at the Fircrest Community Center (Roy H Murphy Community Center) to celebrate Ron’s life.
