HART, Ronda Elizabeth, 55, of Wesley Chapel, Florida passed away on September 5, 2018. She was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and moved to Wesley Chapel in the early 1990’s. She was a proud homemaker who loved entertaining others and spending time with her family and friends. Ronda was a homebody who loved to spoil her grandchildren. She also enjoyed collecting Wizard of Oz and Betty Boop memorabilia. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Kight; and brother James Marshall. Ronda is survived by her husband, Bobby; son Michael Hart and his wife Brittany; daughter Onya Kelan and her husband John; brother Billy Marshall and his wife Shelly; three grandchildren, Cody Kelan, Michael Hart, Jr, and Mason Welch. There will be a Celebration of Life at 3:00 p.m. on September 8, 2018 at Lexington Oaks Clubhouse. Words of comfort may be expressed for Ronda's family by clicking “Share a Memory.”
